Service Manager - Heavy Equipment

We are currently searching for a Service Manager to coordinate in-shop and field services in the Capital Region of New York State.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have an Associates Degree and at least a combination of 5-7 years experience as a technician and service manager. 

Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and general knowledge of Windows.  

Will have previous supervisory experience and exceptional team leadership. 

Must be able to troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems with crushing and screening machinery. 

Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong customer service skills. 

Commensurate salary and excellent benefit package.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinate, prioritize, schedule, and direct all in-shop and field service for internal and external customers, while employing a hands-on approach to supervising service activities. 

Manages labor and budgets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
